02Payroll and taxes
From hours worked to payroll and tax reports
Hours worked go from the schedule straight into payroll. Balvantis calculates taxes, overtime and supplements under the rules currently in force. Reports for the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) of the State Revenue Service are prepared automatically. All that's left for you is to check them and fix anything that needs fixing.
03Invoices, receipts and bank
Send an invoice and see when it's paid
Create an invoice straight from a finished shift. Take a photo of a receipt, and Balvantis reads the amount and the supplier. The system matches bank transactions to invoices and helps you sort them into categories.
04Inventory
Write off materials where they were used
Link the materials you used to a specific shift or job. The stock level then updates by itself.
